Timeline
Please ensure that the email address you provide during your enquiry is accurate, as this will be used for all communications regarding your order. Please read our complete timeline breakdown here. Please note that timelines are very subjective to how quickly we receive your feedback and information. If we have to wait for your guest address file or don’t get prompt feedback, the suggested timeline could be longer, and Dove Notes is not held responsible for this.
Mailing
The client understands that Dove Notes cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the suite during mailing and once delivered to its client (including, but not limited to, ripping, tearing, or loss).
Colour
Colours can vary from screen to screen. I highly recommend ordering a sample if you want to see colours in person. Dove Notes cannot be held responsible for colour discrepancies.
Revisions
Any revisions after the 2 complimentary rounds are an additional £50.00.
Shipping
All orders will ship with Royal Mail’s Track and Sign Service. Every package will come with a tracking number.

All designs, images, artworks, and products presented on this website or in the products that you purchase are the sole property of Dove Notes unless indicated otherwise. All artwork, images and designs used during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Dove Notes. These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose. We retain the right to post your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media but will obscure/blur any personal information.
Returns
Unfortunately, the custom nature of our products doesn't allow us to accept refunds or exchanges. It is our goal that the client is satisfied with our product, so for this reason, multiple approvals will be required during the design process. A final approval form will be sent once you are happy with the design. Once we receive your signed approval, any changes will have additional fees. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
